TOEFL® Test:
TOEFL® is valid for 2 years after the test date. Middle East Technical University’s institution code for ordering your official TOEFL Test score from ETS is 0692. There is no department code, this can be left blank. Applicants can order their score reports through their test taker profile by indicating Middle East Technical University’s institution code (0692). Middle East Technical University verifies the TOEFL results in the online verification system provided by ETS. * Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) Directive on Determining the Equivalence of Foreign Language Exams, Application Article - 6 (3) d) "If the exam is held in Turkey, it should only be held in the buildings belonging to the state university" In accordance with the provision of the Directive on Determining the Equivalence of Foreign Language Exams, if the exam is held in Turkey, it must be held in the buildings of state universities. Middle East Technical University doesn’t accept MyBest™ scores. |

You can register

• by mailing the registration form to the address

TOEFL IBT exam halls are located in D Building, School of Foreign Languages, Department of Basic English.
